FAQ
What if we have to cancel our cruise?
- Trips may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, mainly inclement weather, solely at the discretion of the Captain.
- If your trip is cancelled, you may reschedule or request that your $100 retainer be refunded.
- If the charter person/group cancels for any reason, especially in the 24-48 hrs before the scheduled trip, the $100 retainer is forfeited.
- Outside the 24-48 hr window, the retainer may be refunded at the Captain's discretion.
What should we bring?
Sunscreen, sunglasses, sweatshirt, phone/camera, flat shoes (no high heels)
Can we bring our own food/beverages?
Sure! Please be mindful of alcohol consumption. Safety is always our top priority. Cruises will end prematurely if anyone is intoxicated (no refunds).
What is the suggested gratuity percentage, and how can it be paid?
We strive to make our customers’ dreams come true. If you find our services worthy, a 15-20% on-board gratuity is suggested.
Is there a bathroom on the boat?
Yes, it’s quite small and requires a special promise to use it. More about this when you book!
Where do you pick up/drop off?
This depends on the itinerary you created. Details will be given at the time of booking.
