What if we have to cancel our cruise?
- Trips may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, primarily inclement weather, at the Captain's sole discretion.
What should we bring?
Sunscreen, sunglasses, sweatshirt, phone/camera, flat shoes (no high heels)
Can we bring our own food/beverages?
Sure! Please be mindful of alcohol consumption. Safety is always our top priority. Cruises will end prematurely if anyone is intoxicated (no refunds).
What is the suggested gratuity percentage, and how can it be paid?
We strive to make our customers’ dreams come true. If you find our services worthy, a 15-20% on-board gratuity is suggested.
Where do you pick up/drop off?
- Port District: Located behind Legal Sea Foods.
- North End: Located at the lower end of Battery Wharf.
- Encore Boston Harbor: Featuring convenient, free parking.
